What Is The Event About? 

Strategy, sales and sparkle felt like a suitably festive name for my 2025 Strategic Planning event. But seriously, strategy, sales (and maybe a bit of magic) are exactly what you need in your business to succeed and that’s what we’ll be working on together during this day. 

This is a group event, blending goal setting, strategic planning and reviewing your biggest challenges and opportunities before we take a deep dive into your sales and marketing and make sure that you go into 2025 absolutely clear not only what you are selling, but how you are going to sell it, who you are going to sell it to and how you are going to get in front of these people. 

As well as learning, there will be time for reflection, time for you to plan and plenty of time for questions, answers and round the table discussion.

Meet Your Hosts, Anna & Niki

Anna Payne, Sales Expert & Business Growth Strategist

Anna is a sales and business growth expert with first hand experience of launching, scaling and leading successful businesses.  

She’s also an introvert, and 100% allergic to any pushy or annoying sales tactics. So not your typical sales expert. It’s all about relationships, integrity and value and she’s on a mission to and she's on a mission to help more people to build brilliant businesses by upskilling in sales and strategy.  This starts with ripping up the rulebook of sleazy sales and saying bye bye to bro-marketing forever. 

Over a career spanning 25 years, Anna has worked in fast growing SMEs and has co-founded or solo founded three successful businesses since 2008, each achieving six-figure or multi-six-figure sales within the first 12 months. And all still thriving today. 

She’s sold online, offline, b2b and b2c, won clients across 15 countries and five continents and grown and led high-achieving sales teams.

Most recently she's grown a successful sales consultancy business, which includes a done for you sales agency, a membership and  mastermind, as well as authored an Amazon best selling book on sales. 

Niki Hutchison, Marketing Strategist

Niki Hutchison is a Marketing Strategist on a mission to help as many entrepreneurial women as possible succeed in business, so that they can enjoy the choices that come with being financially free. Niki specialises in taking service-based business owners from overlooked to fully booked®. 

After studying advertising to PostGraduate level, Niki worked as a Brand Strategist within creative agencies and believes that a good grasp of marketing is usually what stands between business success and failure. 

Having left the world of ad agencies behind, Niki founded her first business in 2012, before setting up her marketing company in 2017. Having previously worked with large clients and corporates within the world of agencies, Niki wanted to make sure she fully understood small businesses and their unique needs, before advising them.

Marketing is often needlessly overcomplicated, so Niki simplifies things, making marketing straightforward and easy to understand. She shares her marketing knowledge and behind the scenes of her business as clearly and openly as possible, so that business owners feel confident and supported to use marketing strategically and consistently and achieve brilliant results.

Niki is a Digital Marketing Trainer for a wide range of organisations including Google, Enterprise Nation, universities and small business communities and is a Global Ambassador for Adobe Express.
